3rd eye astral projection

I have been (what I just found out to be) astral projecting for about 15 years, however, I was very fearful of it and explained to my family that something evil was happening and I would fight it and say prayers...that is until yesterday. Yesterday and today my I wasn't afraid and my third eye opened. It was pretty amazing. I saw many things and actually heard a radio frequency in my left ear. Yesterday I felt immense pressure on my back and this morning it was the back of my neck and head. Thru my third eye today, I saw lucid fingers in front of my head as if they were doing reiki?!? I am a reiki practitioner so that is what I think they were doing. I saw a lotus, what appeared to be a star drop and a man in a white cloak walking away from me. I saw much more and have been writing it down, but I wanted to get your thoughts into this amazing thing I finally allowed myself to experience. Thanks... Rhonda

I heard a voice too but either I don't know or don't remember what he said.
