communicating with spirit

Using a ouija board or any method can be dangerous but most of the time they aren't but just to be safe always protect yourself beforehand and cast a circle whilst saying only loving spirits are welcome.

Gather a piece of card (paper will do but i prefer card as its smoother) Light some incense and some candle and sit comfortably with the card in front of you and invite the spirits (or your guides) to communicate with you.Now some people can't ouija on their own wereas others can. I myself am better on my own, now a lot of people place their hands on a penny or whatever the american version of a copper coin is this is because of some alchemical law however a lot of these coins no longer use copper so a glass is more popular to use. I tried it with a scrying crystal and it seemed more energy could be tapped into allowing a better communiation.

Now a lot of people argue that its our subconcious contacting us however i believe its a bit of both i believe you will know when theres a spirit contacing you as you will feel it and when your subconcious is telling you you wont.No matter what is contacting you the important thing is whatever its telling you is something you need to know.Just have the upmost confidence in yourself.

If you do get any unwanted activity just flip the card and rip it into seven pieces and scatter them into an east wind, or in front of the rising sun NEVER burn it.
