A Healing Shower

Well, I've never tried this, I just came up with this, but it's related to something I do whenever I feel negative. I take a shower, but I visualize the water as a golden substance and my aura being dark or murky and when the water hits my aura, the sludge gets washed off, taking the negativity with it. I think this could be adapted to when you have a cold or something. Just imagine the sickness inside of you is clouding your aura and the gold is just cleaning it off, and piercing you, cleansing your inside and removing the sickness. Something like that lol, try it out and see how it feels.

Chris penzak wrote something like this in his book if my add something- you can also visualise other colours to fit your needs and visualise their power filling your body through your crown chakra e.g. green for a prosperous day etc.

franz bardon also has this kind of technique in his book "the initiation into hermetics." you can also visualize something like for example peace and harmony within yourself when the water hits you, or your skin will look younger, etc..
