All parts of the world have their own indigenous magical practices so no matter where you're from you will find something. In countries where there is a dominant non-magical religion you will probably have to look at local folklore and earlier mythology to discern exactly what those practices entail.

English is my third language but I still use it for some spells. Use whatever language you feel the most comfortable using. As suggested, you could write your own.
As for the items, if you feel you need something you could always look on the site here. Some items can be made by hand. And there may be shops that carry the items you need.
Thanks for the reply. It is true that in Myanmar, it is totally different interms of magic practice. We, as far as I am concern, only have kind of voodoo/black magic and white magic.
Another problem would be the black magic cannot be thought. It's desecending. Only certain races can be practiced and it is against Buddha's teaching. And its gore and dirty. Incantation inclusive.
As for white magic, its more like: keeping not to do one or all 5 basic commandments (something like in Dante's Inferno)for life. And with that, we can cure or curse. Of course there are many incantations as well.
What I am looking for will be non of the above two although I keep 1 of the 5 basic commandments for life though. I am looking for something to band the course of nature.
Eg 1: Gravity
Normally all object will fall when held upside down. But due to some incantation, when held upside down, it stopped falling.
Eg 2: Fire
Just lighting the cigarette without using Lighter
Eg 3: Wind
Gust of winds when everything is sealed tight
Eg 4: Reading Mind
Reading people's mind
Eg: 5: Controlling objects
Controlling any objects just like Syla (in Hero)
its not for harming other people. Its just to enhance my interest and believe.
Magick does not perform miracles, nor does it bend the laws of physics, it works in subtle, quiet ways. Sometimes whatever spell you do may work sooner rather than later depending on how much energy is put into it.
You cannot bend laws of nature, nature is what we ask to help us in our spells, it controls us, more than we control it.

magic is energy, if you believe and understand what you're saying it'll work. as such, you cannot change scientific facts, like physics and DNA structure.
so to answer your question on order, no, probably not, maybe with a weather spell, takes lots of practice [try opening your third eye chakra] and i don't watch Heros so i don't know, but if you mean making a doll walk over to the kitchen and make a sandwich, no. [move an object, like the remote levitate closer to you, that would fall under psychic powers, and like the mind reading you need to practice for A LOOONG time if it's at all possible]
Language doesn't really effect spells- you can easily transfer these spells into your own language. English is my first language, however I often put my spells into Swedish or Russian, my other languages, as I find the words flow better sometimes.
Also, supplies are never necessary. As long as the intent is there, you will be fine. You could always make your own supplies out of household items.
In reference to your last question, magic can not defy the laws of science and preform miracles. Gravity will happen no matter what, you will need to light your cigarette with a lighter, nor can you control the wind or objects. Reading minds is also not possible in that context.
