Seeing Spirits, HELP!

I recenly opened my third eye with practice to help me astral project and not im sorta scared. Ive been hearing things (songs, faint piano playing) and I have also been seeing things( Shadows, people in the corner of my eye). Will this eventually settle down, does anybody else experience this??? Im sorta freaking out, is this normal or did I surface somthing. The energy doesnt really feel evil or negative but it sort of makes me feel uncomfortable.....

what did you expect to happen when opening your third eye?.. Thats just the beggining dude.. Dont be scared lol

Im not really scared, just a little uncomfortable. At first I thought I accidentaly summoned somthing with a spell. Im completely open to communicating with spirits and everything that comes with an Open third eye. I just wanted to know if this was a normal start after opening.

What you've described happens everyday of my life since I can remember. No it doesn't go away. Not unless you don't want to experience the spirit world. Calm down, its nothing to be afraid of. Think of it this way. All that you're experiencing is around you whether you sense it or not. Would you rather know what is around you or be ignorant to it?

Ooo my loved one just died and I want to see spirits, and just open my third eye too! How did you open yours?^-^ I'm a beginner so something easy would be awesome?:P thank you ^-^

@Rikachan, There is an article on chakras and in it it shows how to unclog and open them (the 6th chakra being the third eye)

What spell did you use? I Really want to give it a try!!

I remember seeing spirits and all, but I don't recall doing anything to open the third eye lol it just happened for me.

The more you use it the more it hightenes. Yes it will become easier. You should not be scaired. Isnt that what you were doin it for.If there is any negativity or you want help to block this gift i can help with info. But why would you want to..Blessed Be
