Can I AP?

I have tried AP and I was successful but haven't tried going into any other realm, just floating. I shattered my hip and I can't move psychically. Does it matter?

Hmm , I do not understand your post , do you mean physically shattered hip ?

It matters not when you are astral projecting . The astral body is not afflicted by immobility due to physical disabilities. You will be able to move freely as you wish .
