Spell gone wrong?

So... yesterday I cast a confidence spell on a shell, and then went to sleep. Today...I look at my once completely white shell, and it has a hint of blue almost all over it... did I do something wrong..? or am I just thinking too much into this.

The things I needed to do this was one preferably flat shell, and a yellow candle.
Here's the spell I used:

"Please give me the confidence so I can be the best,
I failed it once but now I will be better than the rest."

Pass the shell through the flame and say:

"May this be my lucky charm so my wish can come true."

Kiss the shell (careful it could be hot) for good luck and pass it through the flame one last time and say:

"May my charm help me in all I do"

Thanks!

The above poster is right, what youve done is a powerful confidence spell. Your intent was strong and so was your focus. That was the aura of left behind enery, its powerful enough that you can see the color of the aura around the shell. --- , Someone who has read up at energy and aura readings.

It was most likely a chemical reaction that occurred after the shell passed through the flame. The heat probably caused some substance on the surface of the shell to change color.
