why do you need to open your third eye in a day? your third eye is your sixth chakra, you need to open the previous ones before trying to open your third eye. if you open them out of order, or focus on just one, it is a a really bad idea as an overactive chakra can be just as dangerous as an unopened one. if you open your third eye too wide, without opening your other chakras, the energy will pool, resulting in migraines.
