Meditation and protection

If I was going to meditate would I be best using a protection spell first and if so does any one know a simple one? Thank you :)

meditation is not harmful unless you make it..That's ofcourse very rare stuff..But you don't need to cast protection spell before meditation..still if you want The must recommended Technique after grounding and centering that is shielding you can do it..and again go to meditation..I personally think that 90% when you meditate yo6u don't need much protection (depending on what type of meditation you are doing)..But Not a spell but protection you need and that you can get by burning any incense around you..calling your guardians or gods or any higher spiritual being you believe on..possibly best and easiest is cast a circle around you..many many easy ways you can keep yourself safe without using a spell..so again here are some stuff you cam do..
*Salt water sprinkle around in room..
*Burn incense
*cast circle
*Call any higher being or god for protection..
*shielding
*Use Crystals
*Use chants
*Stay fearless and positive
*Or still if you don't feel satisfied then may try a spell but its not really necessary as this much danger possibly is not in the meditation..Blessed Be

If you are meditating to gain insight, then I would suggest wearing an amulet or meditating in your sacred space so that your thoughts aren't effected by spiritual vermin. But otherwise, meditate anywhere anytime. No need for protection. I meditate while I wash my dishes XD

Yea meditation can be done anytime, anywhere here's my beginning steps for such open meditation..It may take a while but anyone can do it..
Normally do your work but take deep breaths also slowly inhale and exhale it's pretty easy all you have to do is stop mind from thinking that you can do by just breathing ,getting calm and continue to do your work..Try it..It is indeed helpful for me cause in school days I surely have less time to sit on mediating for long..This way is good for those who find meditation boring..As your work won't let you get bored and your will be at calmed and relaxed and peacefully from mind..you will notice that you are doing work more better than before...Blessed Be..
