Time difference

My enemy is in china and I'm in South Africa. There is six hour difference. I'm about to cast dream nightmare spell. I like to cast spell at midnight my time but by then my enemy is wide awake and ready to go to work. So my only option is to cast spell between 4 PM and 6 PM that mean I have to cast spell during the day time. What influence will it be on spell casting if any.
Will appreciate comments.

I dont think it will impeed its effect if it is midnight where the entended person lives.
