now ive been told to astral project u need to understand what the astral plane is so could someone tell me that

The astral plane is a plane of existence consisting of none physical vibrations on which raw consciousness can exist

Or you can just say it's the spiritual parallel of our physical world mostly inhabited by thoughtforms and spirits of the dead.
