I'm new and I am a medium

Hello I'm kinda new to the hole thing I believe in it I'm a medium and want to learn more about what I can do and maybe some spells um help me learn please.

Meditation is likely better than spells for medium-ship however spells can also aid. If you go into the forums, toward the top you will see basics in I believe every forum. Best of luck.
