Sealing my energy

Hi my name is Tom and I've practiced magick for 6 years and I've developed a healthy amount of magickal energy inside of me but my energy is affecting my other Wicca friends, an example of this would be when I get near to them their heads hurt and just touching one of my friends of the shoulder made him throw up because he accidentally took my power into him and it was too overwhelming for him so is there anything I can do besides grounding my energy as my energy returns fairly quickly within a few hours so I was thinking of any seals I can use on my magickal energy which I can use to limit it's potency and affect on other people but also have to ability to lift the seal if I'm trying to do a very taxing spell or ritual if you have any ideas or answers please reply thanks a lot

Simply learn to control it better. Give it a different flow that can keep it more for yourself instead of overtaking others.

There are lots of things you. Can do I myself have my martial arts training and exstencive energy work. If you want some tips or have any questions message me and I'll pass on what my masters have told me and what I've learned on my own
