Silly ideas and being mea

I know you do get some people who are a bit strange maybe and its invious they might be making things up but it takes alot for some people to make a post on here. I hate making posts incase i get laughed at or something. So i know what some people put saying they have things like wind or whatever come out their hands or the are a vampire or whatever. It may be funny to you and annoying to hear it but be a little but kinder to the other members just say something like im sorry thats not posisble no need for thats rubbish your stupid its lies. It hurts people and puts them down and puts other people down like me asking hhings even though we may know better? So just think of their feelings and confidence before you be too brutally honest. Thank you

All I have ever pointed out to members who write such things is that they are beliefs only.I have said many times, you may believe anything you wish; but a belief does not make it true! But, as a Moderator I feel I must also point out that certain things are not possible, or have never existed. That's what Mods are here for; to "moderate".

My reply would be that truth hurts. Many become angry or upset by finding out that what they believe is not true. No one calls anyone names for doing so. No one can change into a fantasy creature, yet people have become so enticed by movies and tv, that they believe it can be done. It can't is the simple truth.

I always believe a kind approach is the best approach although I have only ever seen respect from mods and apology's when they feel like they have offended someone I think some members are getting a bit too big for there boots condemning people who may have made some form of sill mistake like. All in all I do agree with this post especially when people believe they are demons vampires or gods but I do think we should look from their point of view.

There may be a few here who are quite brutally honest, but sometimes, that's just needed. I try to give the benefit of a doubt, since I, myself, believe in some far-fetched things, and sometimes it takes a bit of a tap on the shoulder for a person to pull their head out of their ass. Some, I would imagine, join this community thinking they understand all there is to know about magic from the Supernatural series, or Harry Potter movies, or other senseless sources. Reality bites hard, and the earlier it bites, the shallower the wound.

What bugs me the most is the people who do not agree with your relearn and try to push theirs on you.

I know i agree will all of it sometimes they go too over the top and push it onto you
