I am new the community but I would like to ask some questions.
I have always been enterested in this sort of thing, but I have tried to do spells and the never work. Does that mean that I can't do them?

Everyone can do magic, it's nothing about race, gender, or anything. Well you just start doing magic, what I see people do is that they start off by spell casting, that is a big mistake. You should learn that basics of magic first.

Learning candles, herbs, and so on can help too.

After a studying for a while you can start casting spells. Remember werewolf, vampire, stopping time or any of that, magic can't do that. Magic can't change your body physical or change your DNA. Your human and remain human tell you die. Why your spell not working? Well, you didn't study the basics long enough, or you didn't wait long enough for the spell to work. Spells don't work fast, so give it a few weeks or if you chose a spell on here, it could be fake. So it's probably the best to write your own words. I hope this helps you.
