I'm not really new her but as a member I am and I wanna know how to make a perfect wand and is it safe to tell friends or family memebers

There're many ways to make a wand. You should check out YouTube, there are so many guides to making a wand on there, there's no right one way. As for telling your family and friends, I'm assuming about the fact you're studying magic. That's up to you. I can't tell you whether or not it's safe to tell them, it's your choice: think about whether you're comfortable with telling them yet and if you are tell them, if you aren't wait until you feel the time is right.

No Blackmist999, a wand is not necessary but sometimes it is nice to use one or to have one if you feel connected to a wand as a tool. There are a few good articles you can find on the internet, youtube is also a good place to start and to get some ideas. Despite what some people think it isn't necessary for a wand to be gifted to you, so if you see up for sale that you feel connected to then you can buy one yourself.

Yes it is safe to tell your family about a wand or the craft in general, but I would say do take care as many people misunderstand wicca and witchcraft in general and they can take it very poorly.
