Shipping costs

How do I find out the shipign cost of an item before I buy it? (I live in the USA, not sure if that makes any difference.)

Once the items are in your basket, it should calculate the total weight of all the items and then the shipping cost.

Because it is an American company, shipping from the US, that the shipping would be cheapest inside the US than to elsewhere in the world.
