Hey all I need help with some things that always seem to keep me awake at night. My brain just wont seem to stop making new thoughts or events or whatever and it is seriously affecting my health. If anyone knows of a way to 'turn off the thoughts', please either reply to this thread or inbox me. Most recent thoughts have been revolving around scenarios of my fiances death. She sleeps right beside me, whole and healthy, but my mind wants to kill her off for some reason :(

Please help me brothers and sisters

Sounds like anxiety to me, you might consider therapy. St. John's Wort really helped me relax but I would be very careful. I would only take one in the morning. Too much can effect your health [don't take it if you have kidney or liver issues] I use to take one before bed but it caused night terrors [another common side effect] so check with a professional before taking any.

Meditation and journaling can really help and I highly recommend you get into a daily routine. [Be sure to read over your journal on CD a week or once a month so you can reflect] mindfulness can also help. The majority of our pain comes from dwelling in the past or worrying about the future. In the present moment we rarely have troubles. [Your fiance is alive and well, focus on the positive you can do in the next 24 hours with her]

I hate saying 'try and relax' but it can really help if you can find something to help you unwind after a long day. Personally I have a shower combined with a cleansing. As you wash your body visualize dark energy being washed off as well and say 'stress and strain go down the drain'. Whenever I have something on my mind, something I do [not sure if it would help much] is to visualize the thought then I 'grab' my third eye [I visualize it attached to a string] and slowly 'pull' it out. When I feel its faded out of my mind, I blow on my fingers and visualize it being blown away like dust. It usually works for about a week, but by that point it doesn't bother me. you could also try writing it down and burning the paper.
