Is there a way to keep angles out unless they are invited in a place ???

You can keep anything out, cleanse your space then cast a protection spell and specify you only want what you welcomed to enter the space. If you put up a conscious barrier against angels, demons, or whatever it will keep them out. Just make sure to recast regularly. Not too often, I cleanse and protect my home twice a year, and that's fine for me.
