Runes?

What are runes? What are they for? How do you use them?

Runes are part of the runic alphabet, an old written language commonly known by the vikings and other peoples.

Runes are primarily letters for a written language, but they can be used as runes - the stones used for divination, and as letters which have meaning rather than a corresponding letter, commonly used for symbolism.

It all depends on what you mean by using them, there are many techniques for using runes the divination technique, it all depends on which alphabet you have and how you prefer to cast them.

I use runes and oghams a lot on my petition papers to personalize them, so if you make petition papers you could do that.
