Do the spells really work? If so can someone help me out I'm new to all this... I want a spell done. Also I have questions about other things as well.

It depends. Many spells on this site do not work. Real magick is a natural energy, spells direct this energy to help bring a desired change. Since this energy is natural however, magick cannot contradict nature. If you want to attract someone I to your life [for example] this type of spell would work because you are effecting the energy around yourself and the person [if you're casting over your crush for instance] to notice you and want to get to know you. A spell to change your physical appearance however [become a werewolf, grow wings, turn invisible] will never work because you are human and naturally you do not and cannot do the things in the spell. The grey area to this rule would be beauty spells that require you to repeat a process and over time see the results [wash your face with a potion to have clear skin, say a chant before working out to loose weight.]
