Spells for peaceful sleep

I have troubles with strange dreams and i usually watch ASMR videos until I am tired enough to enter deep sleep, in hope of avoiding strange and unwanted dreams.
But this is obviously not working!
Any suggestions for spells to make you enter deep sleep immediately or to make your sleep dreamless?

A good bit of exercise during the day works wonders. Tea and meditation before bed will calm your mind as well. Or just deep breathing exercises. So long as you enter a calmer state before getting into bed so that your mind will not become anxious.
