What are other spirits that you can talk and contact with that you could do magick with besides your ancestors or saints.

That depends entirely on your own personal belief. Some necromancers will tell you contacting others besides ancestors can be disrespectful depending upon your methods, and to do so sparingly -- especially for repeatedly calling the same person(s). Others may suggest only ancestors, while others may insist it doesn't matter; contact whomever you please.
