Hello, I'm new here, obviously. I'm kinda lame and don't have much to say but it would be amazing if anyone could help me out with all of this.

Lame?! Heck no! You're just starting out, perhaps, but you're definitely not lame for it.

I'll give the same advice I give everyone: read, read read.

There are some decent enough threads under the General Info section here, namely the pinned threads. "Starting out" is a good place to start.

Begin a regular practice. Daily meditation is the most recommended start. It starts training your mind to focus.

Read up on meditation, visualization, and energy manipulation.

I'll also suggest finding a method for beginning. There are many good resources, but a book or pdf which guides a beginner is a great idea.

Again, make it a daily practice.
