Advice for Astral Project

I was wondering why I fail everytime I try A.P.I've meditated,practiced for months.There is no technique that works for me,and I'm not afraid of this.

there could be something subconsciously holding you back. it could also be you're not relaxed enough, instead focusing on your end goal. some also say if you've eaten anything heavy before trying to project, or having a thick blanket over you, this can effect your projection. perhaps take a break and balance your chakras, maybe you have a closed crown chakra that's causing you to stay rooted to the physical.

I've never considered of taking care of my chakras because I don't really work on them.Maybe this could be a problem,that I don't consider them important.
