Black Garden Meditation

Hello everyone this thread is going to be about the "Black Garden", it is a concept that inside of us, where our shadow-self dwells that it is a Garden. Now the "Black Garden" is my own creation and I not claiming it to be a fact nor am I claiming it is the same for everyone else but what I stating is that might help you in your practice reach your darker-side and help keep it healthy.
---------------------Meditation---------------------
Close your eyes and breath, allow yourself to let go of this world and just drift into the dark nooks of your mind and soul. Let the darkness wrap around you and guide you to a massive iron gates that have been over taken by thorns, which wrap and tangle the gate. Do not be afraid, the thorns will not harm you so, slowly push open the gate. Now before you is a cobble stone path that will take you into the garden's heart, though along the way look about this over taken garden. Which flowers do you see? What color(s) are they? Look about but do not stop, keep walking into the garden, see how over-grown and wild everything, see the massive thorns that coil and swirl about. Deeper and deeper into the garden you go until you reach a circular courtyard, with a tiered fountain at the center. Can you hear the water flowing? Can you feel the light mist in the air? Now walk up to the fountain, sit along the edge if you so like. Feel the cool moist air and hear the peaceful flowing of the water.
Now I want you to look into the bottom tier of the fountain, let it act as a mirror, look into it, what do you see?
Let the reflection come through the surface of the fountain, watch as the reflections raises from the fountain and stands before you.
This is your shadow-self. It is you and you are it. Now, you are free to talk to it, hear what it has to say and you may talk to it as well. It will hear you. Now once you have done all you needed to and learned what you sought about yourself, watch as your shadow-self enters back into the fountain before sinking back into the water.
Now, to bring you back close your eyes once more, and take a deep breath in and count the second and upon the third second, breath our and open your eyes.

This is cool. I have the hardest time meditating,so I really like guided meditation. Once my kids not soo wild,or at nap I'll give it a try.....
