Seeking advise

I'm very new. One thing I do know is I'm a born empath
I've been studying endlessly for days. Today I'm very weak and fragile. I'm trying to figure out if it's information overload. Or if something else is taking my strength. I've avoided being are people as to not allow there issues intervene in my learning.

i would take a day to recharge and rest. perhaps have an aromatherapy bath [meaning sea salt and lavender lol] and just breath deeply. if you don't already you could try a grounding and charging.

it could be a spiritual being draining your energy, but without more details can't really say. it's probably just you pushed yourself and need a day of rest and relaxation. [the more you push the most rest you might need]
