New To SOM

Hello
I'm Sara Lordinein. I would like to learn as much as I can. But I am basically very new to all these. I am a long time yoga practitioner and I do know how to meditate. I had been looking youtube videos about how to open your third eye. So I did this Thoth chanting for 4 days without much result. But yesterday I had a terrible headache between my eyebrows. It was radiating all over. Still no visual sign all I see is black. Can anyone tell me what is going on?
