To post a spell you need to be in a council position of a coven.

You can easily post spells by joining the Spell Casters coven located in the groups tab. Everyone is automatically given council position to post material. However, I highly recommend you don't post spells if you haven't done any study in how spells and magic actually work.

As has been said, you must be ranked council or higher in a coven to post spells to the site
