Profile photo problems

Hi, has this happened to anyone else? This is a new account and every time I try to upload a profile photo nothing happens. This never happened on my old account, I'm not sure what the problem is.
Any help would be appreciated :)

You might check first to make sure the picture is the appropriate format and size:.jpg and .gif only. Sometimes shrinking the photo down, then refreshing your browser, will get it to work. You can also clear your cache and see if this helps.
