Dynamo is a British trick magician, he doesn't practice the type of magic that many members here undertake, he uses stage magic, such as slight of hand and illusion.
It is the use of trickery to make the audience, whether large or small believe he is doing something magickal, when in reality it is often slight of hand.

A magician never reveals their tricks, is a common saying, for good reason. The knowledge of how a magician does their tricks breaks the illusion.
Maybe looking on a magician website and looking into illusion books may give you a better input on the subject, as what Dynamo does is not the kind of magick members here are likely knowledgeable about.

In this case "illusion" is also known as "sleight of hand". It is a way of distracting the watcher so that they "think" they are seeing something when actually it is merely a trick. Dynamo, David Copperfield and all of that ilk make you think you are seeing something, but actually it is all a trick.
I'm a card magician and all the kids in my class and my friends are like what how you do that but all I do is sleight of hand. This type of magic on this website is real
This magician does not practice real magick, he practices illusions. Though, if you would like to know how he does such tricks, you may be interested in "Magics biggest secrets finally revealed" on youtube. They show many common and new illusions and how they are performed.
As for the walking on water thing, it is actually a surprisingly simple illusion. You lay a piece of clear plexiglass or tempered glass just under the surface of the water. At any sort of an oblique angle the glass is invisible and the illusionist can then walk on it freely.
Stage magic is basically showmanship and trickery to generate wonder and excitement. it is certainly a legitimate skill and very complex, requiring planning, creative thought, showmanship, and -oodles- of study and preparation. However it is indeed a different sort of magic in comparison to the topics of this site, which is more focused on spirituality, working with energies and spirits, and as a religious (or pseudo-religious/new-age/wholistic) practice and faith.
