Hello. I need a suggestion for a spell. There is a woman I work with that I can't stand. Because I believe that any negative energy you put out into the universe comes back to you, I'd like to do a spell for her to get a better job somewhere else. Any suggestions?
Perhaps a spell to help someone find a career or job? You could use the color green for the spell as it would relate to the earth, and to good fortune, and good luck to help push them along to their new future. But if you want to get rid of them why not use hot foot powder? If you see her at work than you'd be able to cast it on her traditionally, by sprinkling a pinch of it on the area she'd walk by. Verses me, while I bring the powder outside say my chant I wrote for when I've already said my spell, and blow it into the wind with my intention of it affecting the person/ people I want it to.
There is an alternate tact you can take as well that might provide some interesting results. Try working a spell of inspiration or insight to look inward and examine why you don't like her.
It could be something simple like that she is simply a Jerk. But you might also learn something about yourself instead. people are people, and everyone has their story on why they are who they are. yourself included. it may be a simple clashing of personality. Or it could be that she reminds you of bad previous experiences. Or something else that might lead to you discovering something about yourself and growing for it. But then I am one of those old codgers who likes to try and turn -everything- into a chance to learn something. ^_^
To the other poster, I don't mean to be rude, but your response was nowhere near helpful. You don't know the situation at all so please don't make assumptions. Here's a little tip for you, when someone asks for something specifically, like a spell suggestion, perhaps it would be best to only reply if you can offer a spell suggestion. Offering "play nice" advice is extremely condescending and unnecessarily judgmental.
Just to give you a few more details, this person is a terrible employee. She is not able to perform her duties without being heavily supervised, she doesn't finish any task, leaving the work for the rest of the team to finish, and her past three managers have stated that she is "uncoachable." She was recently promoted only because she has been with the company so long that she hit the salary ceiling for her position. This makes her an even bigger drag on the team since that promotion was originally supposed to go to someone else who was more deserving (no not me).
So that's it in a nutshell. I actually like her as a person, but as a teammate I want her gone. As does everyone else.
I am sorry to be the one to finally expose you to this information: You can not tell people what they can or can not say in a public forum. If you do not appreciate the advice offered keep it to yourself. It hurts no one to show some respect.
I can give you a recipe for hot foot powder if you'd like to use it on her? Make sure when your making it to keep your intentions positive as we're not trying to hurt anyone here, just get her out. Please note hot foot powder will mean that she'll be out of your life. Because it's called "hot foot" powder. Though I suppose if you still wanted her in your life, but didn't like the things she did as a teammate you could bind her from doing the things you don't like her doing. That is, if you still want her in your life. If you want her gone from your life, then use hot foot powder.
