Goddess Isis "Vision"

I had this weird experience the other night, and I was wondering if I could see if anyone could help me with understanding it!

So the other night I was meditating, at the time I was focusing on the Goddess Isis. A couple minutes into it I had this kind of vision, my eyes weren't closed, but weren't open either, almost felt like a third eye thing. I had called out to Isis one more time, and then I saw a woman wearing a white dress to my right, she had then started to touch me and I felt lighter, it felt like I exited my body for second until she had let go and left my room. When I woke up I felt very better.

What do think this was? I'm very curious to see what you guys think!

I'm pretty sure that's her way of saying I am here for you. It seems she gave you a blessing.

Yes, it does sound as if a blessing was given. Depending on what you were trying to do, it could also be that she was helping you out of your body, so to speak. Sometimes, other beings are known to do this, especially while meditating.

is also highly possible it was another 'spirit'. Maybe a deceased human and not necessarily 'the goddess isis'.

There is no doubt it was her,the mother goddess always finds a way to help and encourage those who truly call up to her, in many ways.

It is possible it was Isis, however it is also possible it was Aset or one of Her netjeri (spirit) servants, or alternatively a wholly different Deity or spirit unrelated to Her. Without more details and more specifics, there is simply no way of knowing. It being something other than Isis/Aset isn't necessarily a bad thing either, but it potentially could be as you are dealing with an entity/Entity unknown to you.

You should be cautious and use divination from a third party (particularly if you can get it without them having heard of this experience) to determine if it was Her, another Deity, or something else entirely.

I agree with most of what Rekhet has said. The spirit not being 'her' does not necessarily mean it was a negative experience.
