Is it possible for someone too cast a spell on me that could allow me to help others. It doesn't even matter how. If that is even possible, please let me know.

Why not just do things to help people if that's what you want to do? You don't need a spell for everything.

You have to accept that we can't help in every situation, nor is it exactly our business to do so. Sometimes not interfering is also helping. Do what you're able if you feel like it, but there's no point in stressing over things that can't be helped.

There isn't any individual spell or ritual that will make you more able to help others. However by entering into a practice of mindfulness and self-improvement, you can work to expand your intuition and insight into human nature and motivations. If you can back this sort of ... for lack of a better term 'professional observation' with education in the humanities i could see you putting that to use to help a lot of people.

Meditation, mindfulness, philosophy, psychology, sociology. These all combine very well with studies of magic and spirituality to let you connect with people on many different levels. And it can be applied to a wide range of professions from social work, chaplain duties, life-coaching, professional psychology, behavioral studies, anthropology, archaeology, politics, security, sales... hell. literally -anything- that involves interacting with other people sees benefit from even a cursory study in any combination of these fields.
