I would suggest, with Camio being a fallen angel, and one of the demons of the Goetia, to use the methods prescribed therein. All I can glean from the many articles online about him is appearance, and that he best responds through pyromancy (divination using fire), or in the smoldering coals and smoke from the brazier.

If you are unsure how to use a demon's sigil to call upon the spirit, I would suggest studying more. If you have to ask how, I would suggest you are not ready.

After all, getting un-sourced information from strangers on the internet is about the least reliable source of information. Always fact-check to verify all claims.

That said, I have some aspects to consider:
You need to be very aware of why you wish to call upon this entity. Whether you see the Goetia as external spirits or tropes and archetypes of the mind, they are not perfectly as described. That is, some descriptive elements are based upon understanding of the time when the work was written, or to overly-hype the character.

For example, Camio's associations are with wisdom and communication. How do you make this seem better than it is? By saying he makes you able to communicate with birds and dogs in their own language, and to understand the voice of the waters. What this truly breaks down to is wisdom, understanding, and communication. It will not allow you to literally converse with dogs and birds, but you might be able to improve your wit, your ability to handle information, and your clarity of information conveyance.
