So I know a lot about demons, but there is one thing I can't figure out. How to summon one safely. I found a lot of info on it but I don't know what's real and what isn't. So can someone please let me know if they do know anything about summoning? Thanks

A way to come into contact with all sorts of entities, including demons, is through astral projection. Obviously, this isn't the only way of doing it, but to me, this is the method that I use frequently when I want to contact or reach out to a deity or spirit guide, or demon.
Other ways you could do this, is by creating an altar or shrine to a particular demon. Do some research on the demon you want to summon, and find what they like and lay it out for them as an offering.
For example, I follow the Greek pantheon, and if I want guidance or contact with Apollo, I leave a sun token out, since he is the god of light. Or I place my cards on the table since he is also the god of prophecy. Sometimes I light some yellow candles to represent the sun itself. Basically what I'm trying to say is do research on the particular demon and put out offerings that that particular demon would enjoy.
Also a side note is, demons won't appear in a corporeal body, but rather a spiritual level since they are energy. To communicate with the said demon, it may be best to do astral projection, or some form of meditation to hear what the demon has to say.
An important safety protocol to follow for this is to construct various protection charms, circles, or what works best for you, I'm case this demon wishes harm on you or your loved ones. Or it may become attached to you and wreak havoc on your life. I'm not saying this will definitely happen, but there is always a chance of this occurring when you reach out to any being or entity.

Demons I mean because the only way to safely summon a demon is leverage or being darker than you can imagine.
And its not a game being dark like that its kinda of well ...terrible
I have also had experience with them and work with them frequently. It can be dangerous if you aren't careful and don't know what you are doing or what to do if things go wrong or get too intense.

Because I have never expirtenced a true demon meaning the spirits I contact aren't as aggressive as a demon
But I think I assumed when you said safe you didn't know what you were talking about I may be wrong so please explain what you mean by safe way to summon

Scarlett, there are many traditions which vary widely both among themselves and among interpretations of them.
For one easy example, the Solomonic tradition deals with demons. But the book which originates the tradition was written in Medieval Italy, and not by King Solomon (who may never have actually existed as more than a character in tales -- at least not in the scope that he is in the Bible). There is debate among people who practice this tradition whether the demons are actual spirits, or if they are aspects of the subconscious. It is said by some, then, that Solomon is a figurative person who did not command spirits, but was seen as wise in part for having conquered his own internal demons. However, there are also many practitioners who insist that the demons involved are actual spirits.
My advice for working with spirits is this: Pick a structured tradition, and follow its instructions. Do not rush it, do the preparatory work to even be ready, at the pace which is prescribed. When the system leads you into the first calling, then you should be ready, under that tradition.
This does not keep you from researching other traditions, and changing to another method if it seems to suit you better. But it will also teach you a lot about the type of thing you wish to learn.
