Healing methods

Hello,
I would like to know which healing methods exist and and what your experiences are.
What can be achieved?
Is it possible to grow new teeth? I have often read that older people have regrown their teeth.

I don't use many methods of healing with magick personally, mainly because I believe that medicine should be first and foremost with illness. The only thing that I do use are crystals under the pillow or in the pocket if I am feeling unwell, mainly charged clear quartz. Somehow it makes me feel better even if it may only be a placebo effect.

In regards to the teeth re-growth, adults cannot re-grow teeth, we have one mature set of teeth, magick isn't going to make new teeth grow. Dentures can be used though to replace those lost.

To the understandable (in some cases) disappointment of many magick cannot alter your physical form, DNA, etc...and regrowing teeth would definitely be an abnormal physical alteration in an adult. The main healing method I know of and is not necessarily practiced exclusively by magick practitioners is reiki. Reiki is a form of energy manipulation where a person channels energy into another to accelerate & assist the natural healing process. I have no experience with this healing method but I agree that foremost medicine & more mundane medical practices such as visiting a doctor should be done with magick assist being just that assistance rather than the primary form of treatment. There are things such as crystals that are said to help with bad dreams, remove negative energy, aid in overcoming depression, etc...and obviously there are healing related spells so there are multiple methods of magick related healing yet these only assist you in healing not supplement medical treatment.
