PLS HELP!!!

cant astral project anymore. it happens after someone tried to enhance my ability. i believe he accidentally messed it up.

Make sure that you are fully relaxed before you try. I don't know what method you use to project but I suggest that if you use an easier method. It might also help to stop trying and try again after a few days/weeks.

Considering that Astral travel is a personal process and joirney it is difficult for someone else to either enhance or hinder you. Though if what was done has left you feeling unusually off balance, or more conscious of potential blocks that you don't normally dwell on, it can lead to a loss of focus because your mental state is different. In short you might be just getting in your own way.

I would suggest taking a day or two to re-center yourself. Just use whatever techniques you already know to clear yourself and realign. And put your conscious attention to balancing out the flows of energy and thought. Get your mind off -striving- to go astral and back to a more confident state of just allowing it to happen.

Sometimes the less you push at something, the easier the results will appear. ^_^
