It so happened that I encountered a roman gypsies spell on how to attract a female. I thought of using it until I remembered what a learned wiccan told me, "do whatever you want with magic but it shall harm none"
So is it good to use magic against someone's free will for everything is fair in love and war?

That is a question of morals and all depends on the person and their beliefs, as you have mentioned, if you are Wiccan and follow the rede you will likely have a completely different view on this subject than someone who does follow the rede and maybe another spiritual path.

It is up to you whether you feel this spell is suitable morally, no one can decide that for you.
