TV going crazy

I’m new to Wicca and crystals. I’ve recentlh acquired 9 crystals and have been attempting to use them. But weird things have been happening.
I live with a roommate and she works A LOT. I’m a student and stay at home mom so I’m home A LOT. Recently, when she goes to work, the appliances in the house start malfunctioning. Mostly it’s the TV. The sound will just stop or the picture will disappear altogether. When she comes home to fix it, it works perfectly with zero effort for her.
In addition, our generally well behaved husky has been acting up when she’s gone as well. Accidents, won’t listen to commands. It’s odd.
My toddler has also suddenly been demanding her dad come and pick her up which is unusual.
Coincidences or am I radiating some sort of negative energy??
Why do the appliances malfunction ONLY for me?

I don’t know what’s going on but will take any advice I can get.

Care should be taken when attempting anything....some crystals attract,absorb or repel certain energies.not all energies can be astral or spiritual some energies that certain crystals manipulate can be physical but of an etheric kind that they may have a more or less physical impact on appliances and emotions of people,effects cant be directly linked to causes by scientific explanation it takes psychic power or knowledge in witchcraft such as on crystals...thats how i understand it to be.

Also be careful with the crystal you buy as well. Try to take your time when buying them and listen to you're intuition and don't forget to cleans them, before you use them. If you don't have it, than I higherly recommoned The Crystal Bible, by Judy Hall. It has great infor about Crystals.
