AmetystOak is correct, based on what you have said you need, such a spell is not possible. Perhaps if you would clarify your problem in more detail we might be able to help you find another solution to your situation.

An example: you like your friend’s hair. A spell to be able to have their hair without taking it from them

As Lark said, that is not possible.
