advice for psychics.

hello. i have recently accepted that i am psychic after years of lying to myself and trying (and failing) to block it all out. this post is not about any particular aspect of psychicness (yes i did just refer to the ability to use sacred spiritual gifts of the soul as psychicness) i would just like some general advice. in advance i cannot buy anything to help with any of this (i.e tarot cards crystal balls pendulums ect ect ect)
but i do have a rather good collection of crystals because i have always been drawn to them, i guess now i Know why. in addition this is not just my post, it is for anyone who like me just wants some general advice on things such as spiritual defence chakras spirit work (all things that i know a lot about so lesser known things would be appreciated however once again this is for everyone) and anything else to do with psychicness so anyone who wants to is free to ask questions of their own related to this matter.

I'd love to tell you some advice! Do what works and what is right for you. In my experience, grounding and shielding will be beneficial for you. Shielding allows you to "put up a bubble" and protect yourself from harmful energy or any person's energy that will negatively affect you. Grounding is rooting your energy into the ground, and it can really help you connect with the Earth, too.

You can practice without any tools, because it can get expensive! Thrift shops and flea markets can be useful if you're trying to find material things to help you in the future.

Don't be afraid to reach out if you're having trouble with anything!
