Is there a way to make my own coven cause I really want to create my own coven

As I have already answered you, the site feature that allows that has been disabled for years and will probably not be live for a long time.

If you wish, you could always try and apply to join one. Simply move to " Groups " and read the covens home page, including their application process and give them a shot if it appeals you.
