Stop Pain from Happening?

Hello all! I'm looking for a spell to keep any pain from happening for a week while I'm on vacation. I have a chronic illness and getting in water, stress and certain foods (many, many foods) can cause a painful flare for me, and I'm about to spend a week in an unfinished beach house with no furniture! Not the best adventure for me right now! But I'm still excited! We leave the third of July and the new moon is the second so I want to spend the new moon performing spells that will ensure our safety and I want to do one that will keep any of the pain from happening, if that's at all possible. I haven't found anything like that so far. Any spells you know of or any tips for ingredients on writing my own will be greatly appreciated! Blessed be!
