Have you considered looking to your own auric field or that of whom you'd like to heal?

You can envision your auric field and for example say you have a headache. Envision the pain having a shape and envision dispelling it from your body.

Often times this will lessen pain.

There are all kinds of visualization techniques you can utilize alongside healing.

I'd suggest looking into the basics of visualization perhaps before spell casting.

You can also utilize white colored candles in healing as well as prayer works.

The basic visualization techniques available to learn would be of great benefit to you.

You could also try looking around the site here for basic healing spells already written. Try groups and then spellcasters.
