Couldn’t agree more about the rosary. Meditation on the Holy Spirit in general is such a powerful way to recharge your energy or to increase energy before spell casting as well as devotion.

This is kind of a given but I also enjoy using incense while in prayer or while at the alter during spell work. Another good practice is meditating on the love and power of the Holy Spirit. Just letting everything go and feeling the pure energy of God. Absolutely amazing.

Hello Patricia, first is best to find your foundation and know what you want to do and how and with what deity and spirits.

A good start is by research and learning and getting to know all you can about your deity and the spirits and the traditions associated with them. Small devotionals and prayers asking for guidance and aid to further help you learn is a good place. Give incense offerings and even pray the rosary a few times to fill yourself with the energies and blessings that they may bestow upon you. Asking around also helps as we may give you council and advise and share with you our experiences.
