Anti depressants

I take prescriped anti depressants(SSRI/SNRI/benzodiazepines) since 5yrs before, It would be effect to spiritual ability or other ability?

I've heard some very different things from people. I think it just varies. Some people experienced better success, while some said they had less success, and some said they didn't see any effect. Some people said they could concentrate better, and meditation became easier. Some said they were in a mental fog, and couldn't focus on anything at all.

Personally, I don't think it would. If it affects your daily functioning in any way (ie: you get tired a lot), then that will include itself into your craft, but otherwise myself and people who I have worked with who have been medicated haven't really seen an impact as a result of the meds. You should definitely keep taking your meds regardless of their effect on your practice, as there are a ton of reasons your practice could be affected that have nothing to do with medicine. As long as you focus, have the intent, and study, your practice shouldn't be changed too much.
