Red is energy, strength and love,
Purple for psychic eyes for the world around and above
Gold is justice, hard work and good vibes
Dark Dark green protects from jealous eyes
Pink is the color of love and true friends
Light a sky blue candle for a peaceful calm that never ends
Don't forget yellow and its intellect and memory!
Or that a simple green candle leads to good luck and harmony
Blue for truth, healing and power
But a royal blue will give you happiness and laughter
Spooky black grounds energies and protects
Shiny silver channels and projects
Pumpkiny orange is attraction, control and luck
Need a shield? try a candle of lavender plunked
Magenta brings high power for when you need it quick,
And grey neutralizes like a fireless wick
But when in doubt or you can't recall
Remember, WHITE IS PEACE AND WHITE IS ALL

Please remember that typing in all capital letters is against the rules of this site. You might want to type in lower case and then bold the letters if you want to use emphasis.

The color meanings that you have given, though common in Western Magical traditions are not the only meanings for color. Some have different meanings based on culture and personal correspondences.

I personally only put emphasis on the colour if a particular spirit mandates it in working with them. Otherwise a candle is a candle to me. Just like the flame burns the candle without regards for its colour, magic has no preference for colours either. It's the user's belief that that colour amplifies that spell type that makes the difference.
True, colors each can have a multitude of different meanings depending on which individual is using these colors and ever importantly which personal meanings they associate with differing colors themselves.
In my personal practice I mainly used white candles. Not for the association of "light" or "good", but for the exact lack of meaning I associate to it.
My purposes for burning a candle further simplify the work. I am merely using the energy of fire. Using a green candle for a romance spell will work just as well.
Especially where candles are concerned I often use them to show gratitude to deity. Any color will do for this, in my case.
Normally I will associate meaning to color when it is called for in my practice. I work often on my altar utilizing blue and red only because they are colors I have Chosen specifically because I like them. In other words I often use them in pagan decor. Aesthetic purposes.
