Help to relieve fear

the man I am with loves me and my child but he fears not being able to start over as a father figure at his age. I want to help him.

The fear should be actively dealt with in the physical world. No spell will remove the fear, and a spell isn't likely to relieve it much either.

Have you tried discussing this with him? As a partner you should be better able to help him lovingly through this time, than any spell can.

Having a supportive and soothing partner will help alleviate worry actively where he can see that you are offering support.

If he does not see himself as a good father figure due to age, is he an older man? This is going to need to be worked through if he is going to help support you. Couples counseling is a very good consideration. You may need help with this yourself and it shouldn't solely fall on you yourself to be his only support either. That isn't fair to you.

And finally the question of does he want to be there? Arises. Because if he really doesn't want to be. He won't. And it is unfortunate, but it is his choice.
