How can i reverse a spell that I created?

It would be helpful if you provided an outline of the spell, but I shall do my best to help.

If you made a spell which involved making a poppet or creating an object, you would disassemble the object, cleanse the object of energy, and say a chant to the effect of "I undo what I cast on you."

If this was a chant or you destroyed the object, it can be a little trickier, but you can still try to cleanse and reverse the energy.

In both cases, if this was cast on someone, you should imagine a protective bubble around the person you cast on. Imagine this bubble reflecting the energy away from them. If this was a casting done on yourself, cleanse and shield yourself against this spell.

Keep in mind, it is difficult to stop something once cast. It is akin to releasing feathers into the wind and then trying to collect them all the next day. You might get most of them, but it is highly unlikely you will gather all of them. This is why you should think before you cast, and accept whatever may happen. Even if that includes regretting it a day later. You might just have to let the spell run its course. Let this be a learning experience. I am not saying do not try and reverse the spell, simply reflect on this situation as a learning opportunity.
